Refund & Return Policy – Gemskart

At Gemskart customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver only authentic and high-quality products, but if you face any issue with your order, our return and replacement policy ensures a hassle-free process.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

Customers can return or replace items within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Wrong Size

Conditions for eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Customers must provide photos/videos as proof of the issue when requesting a return
  • Returns will only be picked up from the original delivery address
  • Missing item claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Claims made later will not be entertained.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order products
  • Products falling under hygiene-sensitive categories (if applicable)

Return & Refund Process

1. Initiation

Provide your order ID, details of the issue, and supporting photos/videos.

2. Approval

Our team will review the request. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

3. Shipping

Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and hand it over to the designated courier partner.

4. Refund

For eligible returns, amount will be issued equivalent to the product value.

If you prefer refund to the original payment method, a ₹100 processing fee will be deducted.

If the product is found defective/damaged upon delivery, a full refund will be issued.

Partial returns will result in Store Credit/refund for the returned item only.

5. Replacement

If you choose a replacement, we will dispatch the new product once the returned item is received and verified. Replacement orders are usually shipped within 4 working days.

Please note: While we ensure authenticity and quality, we do not guarantee specific benefits (e.g., astrological effects), as results may vary by individual. Hence, such claims are not eligible for return/replacement.
